The Dr. Garcia Public Library is the newest addition to the Corpus Christi Public Libraries. It is a joint project with the Corpus Christi Independent School District and is located on the Kaffie Middle School campus.

The Neyland Public Library is the busiest branch of the Corpus Christi Public Library System and serves a population of over 109,000 on the city's growing Southside.

Northwest Branch Library

The Northwest Branch serves a growing community of over 25,000 population. They work closely with the two school districts; Calallan ISD and Tuloso-Midway ISD as well as serving Robstown and other communities in the northwest area of the county and in San Patricio County. Northwest Branch Library reopened in October 2007 after a year long renovation.
